What we do
Integrated MEP design
Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, plumbing, electrical and building automation from one office, coordinated with architecture and structure, from basic evaluation to project handover.

Focus areasTechnical due diligence
For acquisition, sale and financing we assess the building services independently: condition, remaining life, investment needs and operator duties. We deliver the red flag report within 5 working days after the site inspection.
Technical due diligenceNationwide, on site
We support projects throughout Germany. Site inspections, design meetings and construction meetings take place at your location. For Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Mannheim and Wiesbaden there are dedicated pages (in German) with references from the region.
