Electrical engineering and power supply

Aurora Engineering designs power, communication and IT systems to DIN VDE: medium and low voltage distribution, safety and standby power supply with UPS and generators, lighting and emergency lighting, lightning protection, EV charging infrastructure as well as fire alarm and communication systems.

Electrical engineering supplies every other discipline and in hospitals, data centres and laboratories it decides the availability of the entire building. We design distributions with reserve, redundancy and clean documentation.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about electrical design

Do you design safety power supply for hospitals?

Yes. Safety power supply, additional safety power supply and IT systems for group 2 rooms to DIN VDE 0100-710 are among our core competencies in hospital construction.

How do you integrate EV charging into existing buildings?

Through a power balance of the existing installation, dynamic load management and, where necessary, an extended grid connection. This allows charging points without costly grid upgrades.

Do you also cover fire alarm and security systems?

Yes, fire alarm systems to DIN 14675, voice alarm, emergency lighting and access control are designed integrally with the rest of the electrical installation.

Planning an electrical installation or power supply?

We prepare your power balance and a supply concept with the right level of redundancy.
