Yes. Advice, second opinions or expert reports can be commissioned independently of a design, as a lump sum or on a time basis.

We prepare technical statements and expert reports on condition, defects and sizing of building services systems, as a basis for decisions, negotiations or refurbishments.
How does an energy optimisation proceed?
We evaluate consumption data and operation, inspect the systems and derive measures from that, sorted by savings, cost and payback.
