Die Welle: office refurbishment, Frankfurt am Main

In the office complex “Die Welle” in Frankfurt we are developing the concept for the refurbishment of heating, cooling and ventilation. Flexible floor layouts require a modular ventilation and cooling concept that integrates with the existing building management system.

Concept and developed design evaluate options in terms of energy and cost. The project is in progress.
