Project description

European Patent Office, Berlin

For the European Patent Office in Berlin we designed and detailed the modernisation of the building services: renewal of the HVAC systems, optimisation of heat and cold generation and of the plumbing systems, within the constraints of heritage protection.

The works were implemented in phases during ongoing operation, with clear temporary supply and changeover concepts for the users. Work stages 2 to 6 were completed in 2023.
