Project description

ZDF office building: new build, Mainz

For the new office building of the broadcaster ZDF in Mainz we designed the ventilation and heating systems and detailed them in 3D. Around 6,000 m² of office and meeting space received demand-controlled ventilation and an efficient heat supply.

Model-based design enabled clash-free coordination with structure and fit-out. Work stages 2 to 5 were completed in 2021.
