Project description

Building administration Hanover (BVH), Hanover

For the refurbishment of the administrative building of the Hanover building authority we designed and detailed heating, cooling, ventilation and electrical systems. The 1960s high-rise receives completely renewed building services with significantly reduced energy demand.

Tight riser cross-sections and preservation of the load-bearing structure required precise, model-based routing. Work stage 3 was completed in 2025.
