BASF / Chemetall headquarters, Frankfurt am Main
For the Chemetall headquarters of BASF in Frankfurt we designed the refurbishment of the cooling and electrical systems. The aim was an energy-efficient cooling supply and a future-proof electrical distribution during ongoing office operation.
The developed design considered phasing and temporary provisions for disruption-free implementation. Work stage 3 was completed in 2025.
