Project description
At The Park: Science Campus, Aachen
On the Science Campus in Aachen, the conversion of an industrial hall created flexible laboratory and research space for technology companies. We delivered design and detailed engineering of heating, ventilation, plumbing and cooling for the laboratory areas, from variable air volume laboratory ventilation to technical media supply.
A modular riser and routing concept allows later changes of use without touching the base structure. High-efficiency heat recovery significantly reduces the energy demand of laboratory ventilation. The project was completed in 2023.
