Project description

Arabellabogen residential and retail, Munich

For the Arabellabogen in Munich we designed heating, ventilation and plumbing for residential buildings with an integrated retail arcade. Renewable heat supply, controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery and a hygienically optimised potable water concept are at the centre.

The retail units received independent ventilation and cooling systems with a flexible tenant interface. Work stages 2 and 3 were completed in 2023.
