Überseequartier, Hamburg

In the Überseequartier in Hamburg’s HafenCity we delivered design review and detailed engineering of heating and cooling systems for mixed-use buildings. Residential, retail, hospitality and office uses each place their own demands on the supply systems.

A central energy concept with district heating and shared cold generation provides efficient supply across all uses. Our services were completed in 2024.
